How do I create an account on ally-press.com?
         Simply click the login button on the header. Once you're at the login page, click the Create an Account link on the bottom right hand side. Once you're there, fill out the information and your account is active!

How do I order from ally-press.com?

         Ordering from ally-press.com is easy! Click here to watch a step-by-step video of the ordering process.

  1. Find the product that you want to order. A full listing can be seen on the left-hand side of your screen or found on the Products page.
  2. Select your product options (size, paper, quantity, etc) and finishing options (folding, shrinkwrap, etc). You can also choose your proofing options and turnaround time.
  3. Upload your print-ready PDF.
  4. Click "Add to Cart."
  5. Once your order is complete, click "Proceed to Checkout."
  6. Enter your username and password to log in to your account. If you are a new customer, choose "Create an account" on the bottom right-hand side.
  7. Look over your order to ensure that everything is how it should be and click the green "PayPal" button.
  8. You don't have to have a PayPal account to order, simply fill out the "Don't Have a PayPal account" option.
  9. Fill out your credit card information and click "Submit Order."
Will I see the final price before placing my order?

        We offer instant online pricing of our products. On the Product Order page, the price of your order is displayed automatically after you've selected all your product specs (paper, size, color, quantity, etc.), however, this does not include shipping rates. You can get the shipping rate by entering the postal code on the bottom of the pricing calculator. You can also request for custom quotes for your custom print jobs by filling out the form on the Custom Quote page

How long does it take for me to get the proof of my job?

        Once you have placed your order, your proof will be sent within 1-2 business days after we receive your electronic files.
