Brad N. - Owner

For the past 25 years, Brad has offered comprehensive marketing, printing and mailing services to businesses in the mid-Michigan area. His center has implemented innovative, new printing techniques to help its valued customers grow their business through effective communications.  

Shirley N. - Owner

Alongside Brad, Shirley brings more than 25 years of experience to the table. With a background in graphic design and advertising, she is Allegra's marketing communications, digital printing and mailing expert.

Angie L. - General Manager, Partner

Angie joined Allegra of Lansing in 2005 bringing graphic design and marketing experience. Angie is responsible for overseeing marketing activities and sales growth, including marketing communications, business development and marketing strategy. She loves working with clients to help them exceed their goals daily.

Ben N. - Accounting, Operations, Partner

Ben began working at Allegra as an intern in 2014 and became a full-time member of the team in 2019. With a degree in accounting and five years’ experience working in production and delivery, Ben brings many practical skills and expertise to his roles in both accounting and operations. Ben is passionate about continuous improvement in the workplace and lean business practices.

Jeff O. – Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, with extensive expertise in operating cutters, folders, and stitchers. As a dedicated team player, Jeff ensures that every project meets the highest standards, always going the extra mile to guarantee Allegra clients are satisfied with their final product. His willingness to help wherever needed and his commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Jim D. - Pressman

Jim brings 20+ years of printing experience and expertise to the Allegra Lansing team. He plays a key role in operating Allegra's 40" six-color UV press, working closely with Derek to ensure the highest quality prints are produced efficiently and on time. Jim’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment make him an invaluable part of our pressroom team, always striving to exceed client expectations with every project.

Justin K.. – Head Pressman

With more than 20 years of printing experience, Justin knows what it takes to bring a great design to life on press. He operates our 40" Komori UV press, combining technical skill with a sharp eye for color and detail. His hands-on approach keeps our pressroom running efficiently and helps deliver the consistent quality our clients count on.

Mike C. - Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Mike brings projects across the finish line. From folding and cutting to stitching and mailing, he runs the equipment that transforms printed sheets into finished pieces ready to share. His versatility and attention to detail help every project look polished and reach its final destination.

Sam D. – Digital printing specialist, Prepress and Graphics

Sam joined Allegra Lansing in 2022, bringing her expertise in digital printing and design. While her primary responsibilities include digital printing, prepress, design, and plating, Sam also plays a key role in customer service and marketing. Her versatile skill set and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring both exceptional results and a seamless experience for our clients.

Silas D. – Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Silas helps put the finishing touches on our clients’ projects, bringing care and attention to the work that happens after printing. A valuable member of our bindery team, he helps keep projects moving and makes sure finished pieces are ready for our clients.

Tasha T. - Client Success Account Manager

Tasha joined Allegra Lansing in 2026, bringing extensive experience helping print clients turn their ideas into successful projects. From the first conversation to the finished piece, she keeps the details organized, communication clear, and your goals in focus. Tasha is here to make working with Allegra easy and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Tony B. - Production Room Manager

Tony joined the Allegra Lansing team in 2000 and manages our bindery and finishing operations, where he ensures all equipment runs smoothly and client deadlines are consistently met. With a hands-on approach, Tony is involved in every aspect of the production floor to guarantee the highest quality results. His expertise and dedication play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our bindery and finishing operations.
