Brad N. - Owner

For the past 25 years, Brad has offered comprehensive marketing, printing and mailing services to businesses in the mid-Michigan area. His center has implemented innovative, new printing techniques to help its valued customers grow their business through effective communications.  

Shirley N. - Owner

Alongside Brad, Shirley brings more than 25 years of experience to the table. With a background in graphic design and advertising, she is Allegra's marketing communications, digital printing and mailing expert.

Angie L. - General Manager, Partner

Angie joined Allegra of Lansing in 2005 bringing graphic design and marketing experience. Angie is responsible for overseeing marketing activities and sales growth, including marketing communications, business development and marketing strategy. She loves working with clients to help them exceed their goals daily.

Ben N. - Accounting, Operations, Partner

Ben began working at Allegra as an intern in 2014 and became a full-time member of the team in 2019. With a degree in accounting and five years’ experience working in production and delivery, Ben brings many practical skills and expertise to his roles in both accounting and operations. Ben is passionate about continuous improvement in the workplace and lean business practices.

Aaron J. - Mailing, Bindery, Delivery Driver

Aaron joined the Allegra Lansing team in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in the printing industry. Aaron oversees the mailing department and coordinates deliveries. His commitment to efficiency ensures that our clients receive their jobs on time, or even ahead of schedule. With his expertise and attention to detail, Aaron is key in delivering exceptional service to every client.

Brad W. - Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Brad is our die cutting and finishing expert. Brad started with the Allegra team in November 2023 and brings years of expertise across every department, from bindery to the press room. He oversees die cutting and finishing operations, ensuring each project is executed to perfection. You'll often find him operating many of our bindery machines, ensuring they're working properly and efficiently.

Dan C. – Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Dan is our expert operator for the Muller Martini Stitcher and leader of all finishing operations for booklets. With a wealth of experience in bindery, Dan ensures every project is flawlessly finished, from stitching to final assembly. His attention to detail and versatility across all aspects of the bindery process make him an essential member of our team, consistently delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Derek D. – Head Pressman

Derek brings 20+ years of printing experience to Allegra and as our Head Pressman for the 40" Komori UV Press, Derek leads our pressroom with precision and expertise. His extensive knowledge of printing processes and dedication to quality ensures that every project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. A true professional, he’s an invaluable part of our team, driving efficiency and excellence in every print job.

Jeff O. – Bindery and Finishing Specialist

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, with extensive expertise in operating cutters, folders, and stitchers. As a dedicated team player, Jeff ensures that every project meets the highest standards, always going the extra mile to guarantee Allegra clients are satisfied with their final product. His willingness to help wherever needed and his commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Jim D. - Pressman

Jim brings 20+ years of printing experience and expertise to the Allegra Lansing team. He plays a key role in operating Allegra's 40" six-color UV press, working closely with Derek to ensure the highest quality prints are produced efficiently and on time. Jim’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment make him an invaluable part of our pressroom team, always striving to exceed client expectations with every project.

Sam D. – Digital printing specialist, Prepress and Graphics

Sam joined Allegra Lansing in 2022, bringing her expertise in digital printing and design. While her primary responsibilities include digital printing, prepress, design, and plating, Sam also plays a key role in customer service and marketing. Her versatile skill set and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring both exceptional results and a seamless experience for our clients.

Tony B. - Production Room Manager

Tony joined the Allegra Lansing team in 2000 and manages our bindery and finishing operations, where he ensures all equipment runs smoothly and client deadlines are consistently met. With a hands-on approach, Tony is involved in every aspect of the production floor to guarantee the highest quality results. His expertise and dedication play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our bindery and finishing operations.
